These are our own general Terms & Conditions, which covers general payment and booking terms and procedure.
- The property will be vacated by 11a.m. (unless prior arrangements have been
made for a later departure time in which case it shall be vacated at the time
agreed) on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy condition. Excess
cleaning will be charged at £15 per hour.
- Check-in time is usually 4:00pm. Should guests require an early or immediate
check-in, we require guest arrival and departure details and call on +44 (0)
1475 639581 or +44 (0) 7799 767373 in order to advise the arrangements for
the key collection.
- Booking confirmation is will be emailed upon receipt of the deposit. In
most cases a final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.
- Payment will be made by cash or card payment or bank transfer. We accept
all major credit and debit cards. Card payment can be made by telephone
(2% fee applies).
- On making a booking, guests are required to pay at least 25% holding deposit
(which is part of the total rent) to secure the apartment. The deposit may
vary depending on the actual reservation. The balance is due four weeks before
check in. The booking cannot be guaranteed until payment of deposit has been
received.
- The deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. In the event
of cancellation once payment in full has been received by us the deposit is
non-returnable, but a proportion of the balance may, in our absolute discretion,
be returned if a substitute booking is received.
- Charges will be calculated by night basis. Any extension will be accepted
on availability dates and charges will be charged as pro rata basis.
- An additional security deposit may be required for protection against unforeseen
damage to the property and/or its contents, as well as any extra charges.
Security Deposits, if applicable, will be taken by the apartment at time of
guest arrival, or provide the card details usually with a credit card imprint.
- All breakages and damage (except fair wear and tear) will be reported to
us and reimbursement made.
- For bookings made less than four weeks before the commencement of the let
the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Where payment
by posted cheque is agreed for such a booking it must be received in ordinary
course of post thereafter. We may at our absolute discretion treat the booking
of the Premises as cancelled in the event that any part of the price has not
been received by the date when it ought to have been.
- Minimum booking is two nights, one week during Festival but we’ll
take less than 1 week on availability of apartments.
The rental price quoted reflects the number in the party. Any additional visitors will be charged for on a per capita basis. We reserve the right, without assigning any reason therefore, to decline admission to the Premises by persons additional to the numbers booked.
In the event that the Premises shall not be available for let from any cause whatsoever including act of God, constructive or total destruction and their having been sold by the Owner any part or all of the rental price paid shall be refundable by the Owner, but no claim for damages or otherwise shall lie against the Owner. We advise that travel insurance be obtained against the financial consequences of cancellation whether by the lessor or by the Owner in any of the circumstances to which the preceding provisions refer.
We accept no liability for loss injury or damage arising out of or in connection with the letting of the Premises including such as may be caused by our own negligent acts or omissions. Please read and understand the above terms and conditions here for your authorization for booking and payments.
